I have no idea how long this entry will be, and how random it'll go, but bear with me if you suddenly wanna throw darts at my head, cuz i have short attention span and a really looooong way of describing simple things ^^
*some of these words are taken from my personal AAA journal, i just thought random things in my head at the moment matters*
It's U2-Beautiful day. The thing that came out on my mind "I'm on a flight to Shanghai, to watch an Arashi concert, and currently listening to U2. Maybe I should provide em with Arashi's Beautiful Days ne~" I had to switch my phone off, so i had no idea of the time, and when i finally arrived at the airport, still in the plane, but touched down already, i can't stop grinning XD i was grinning like MAD, i don't really care when people saw me as if i'm the new alien in China. Did i tell you that i travel alone? yeah, i travel alone, taking AirAsia to Hangzhou, which is 140++km away from Shanghai.
When i arrived, language was just alien. i was an alien to them, and so do they to me. Thank god for my chinese friends here in Malaysia, wo chi tau e tien tien XD i nearly missed the stop for the train station, but thank God for the lil note book *which later on went missing* by Nicole *xie xie ni!* At the train station again, FAIL O_O there were like 25 counters? and i have no idea whatsoever which counter should i go to.. so i decided to try my luck and went to the police guard and ask 'd u speak English?' which he replied by doing no.3 with his hand. i understand his fingers more than himself XD
but the English language counter was not really that helpful either. I was carrying my notebook and i got suspicious of the guy standing behind me in the queue. Anywhere you go in China, the first thing people gonna say to you is 'LOOK OUT FOR PICKPOCKETS' who can blame me for being a bit suspicious ne~ And as i got a bit bored with 2 people communicating at a completely different wavelength, i put down my journal on the counter *i had an Arashi pic from the meetup on it* and started to search for the lil Nicole Guidebook when the girl standing beside me said something that made me fell in love with her forever 'AKK, ARASHI' so, of course my normal reaction would be 'YES,ARASHI' we looked into each other's eyes, and pretty much soon, you get the usual flailing sounds 2 fangirls from 2 different countries can make, and we almost pissed the rest of the people on the queue XD it turned out that the guy who stood behind me was her tourguide XD he bought the train tix for us, me for later that evening, hers was the day afterwards. by the way, she lost her purse right before that. so she pretty much lost EVERYTHING. her money, flight ticket back, passport, but that was nothing. her concert tickets, THAT was EVERYTHING.
her name is Zova *kiss* *kiss* she's a chinese, same age with Riida *tho she looks sooo young, like Riida too ^^* and she's been to Japan for a year last year, and she's been to the concert in Osaka! she gave me a lil update on what chinese Arash fans know ie: arrival time, so on and so forth, and while we were chatting there happily, Arashi arrived in Shanghai.. tsk tsk tsk..
the train ride was at 6.18pm, so there goes my attempt at being at the stadium.. isk isk isk.. the train supposed to be fast. it was fast, 140km/h, but i felt like it was moving at 60km/hour, even slower than me driving to work.. but i can't really complain ne, it was a miracle i even got on the train, barely speaking chinese XD
when i arrived in Shanghai *finally* the grin got wider, and i felt more independent than ever XD i bought another train tix, with nothing but the writing of the station on my palm and someone else to read the chinese character for me XD i have to pass the stadium to get to my stop, and GOD, I WAS LAUGHING BY MYSELF, cuz i can't grin any longer.. i never thought i can get THAT excited by just seeing a stadium XD
well, i got to my stop, and i was relieved to see a muslim restaurant right after i got off. OMG, I HAVE FOOD TO EAT!!!!! when i checked in that night, it was a 4 bed dorm, and there was a japanese girl and a chinese-aussie girl. She's Mei-Bo, and I sakura sake-ed her apple lappy right after i arrived XD the japanese girl was not a fan, but she was giggling when i said Oh-chan's name ^^ closet fan maybe o_O
i decided to went out and buy food at the Muslim restaurant, and my prayer was not answered that well by god, cuz all the menu in the restaurant was in chinese, everyone speaks chinese, and it's just.. chinese. seriously, it can't get chinese-er than that restaurant. the 2 way communication on 2 different level again ended up with me nodding to whatever the lady was suggesting, hoping that it'll not be some exotic cuisine that can only be found in Putuo district. i was lucky, she brought me none other than... fried rice XD
everything was pretty much cheaper over there, and the people are friendly, really. LIke if we like to say that Malaysia is tourist-friendly, Putuo people are more tourist-friendly, or maybe they're just friendly at aliens, like me XD
i went back to my room, chat like i've never met Mei-Bo in ages, and i fell asleep to my journal next to me with an Arashi picture on it. tomorrow is a super duper hyper big day. it's THE DAY.
so, next entry, 151108-THE re'MARK'able journey ^^
